If you had to do the full Monty (with tassels) for charity, what would your asking price be?
There is no price on that for me cos I won’t be doing that. Instead, I have no issue doing a 100km charity cycling trip. idea of getting up everyday not knowing what lies ahead.
What would make you really excited to get out of bed every day?
Spent quality time with my family and make a positive impact on fulfilling clients’ business goals.
How is Progression unique?
We are competitive as individuals yet ever willing to work as a team to leverage one another’s strengths to achieve the company’s goal to solve all clients’ business needs.
What do you do in your free time?
Other than serving my duty as a responsible hubby & doting dad, I enjoy cycling & talking about anything from soccer, history to international affairs like US-China relationship over a good wine.
If Progression was a famous person, who would it be?
Warren Buffet – he is extremely successful, yet very wise, humble & understated. Similar to our corporate belief, his mantra to investment is that never invest in anything he doesn’t understand.
If you could have a magic power or ninja skill, what would it be?
As a head-hunter, I would like to be in control & on top of everything. So the ability to read minds would be great.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
The satisfaction of helping candidates grow in their careers will directly impact the well-being of his/her family.
What sort of values do you think reflect Progression?
Integrity, honesty & hardworking.
What is the most common grouse about seekers that you hear from your clients?
One of the most common complaints I get is that they are more interested in what the company has to give than what they can provide for the company.
If Satan came round to haggle a price for your soul, what would it be?
I will talk about politics with him until he gives up!
