Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic global company that has been developing unique analystics software for the utility and oil/gas industry.
-Monitoring and maintaining our AWS cloud-hosted systems, including installation and upgrades of our proprietary software
-Responding to customer issues with our systems
-Providing a technical perspective to our Customer Experience team as they talk with new prospects
-Handling questions and requests about our software from our clients in the Asia-Pacific region, escalating as necessary
-Participating in monthly checkpoint meetings with customers in the region
-Performing diagnostic and proactive IT support when required
