They are seeking a highly experienced and driven Technical Project Manager. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong technical background in IT infrastructure, exceptional project leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various internal teams and external vendors.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee complex infrastructure projects—ranging from data center upgrades to cloud and network migrations—while enhancing internal project management practices and contributing to strategic planning efforts within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Leadership: Plan, schedule, budget, execute, and deliver cross-functional infrastructure projects that align with business goals.
- Process Enhancement: Identify and implement improvements to project management processes within the infrastructure domain using industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Dependency Mapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project interdependencies for seamless execution.
- Project Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed project timelines and adjust plans as necessary to meet project milestones.
- Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, KPIs, risks, and outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration among IT Engineers, Architects, Vendors, and Business Leaders to drive successful project delivery.
- Future Leadership: Position yourself as a key contributor to the strategic direction of the M&P department and a potential leader in project management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Active Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, global, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge in Data Center, Networking, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in process improvement and change management initiatives.
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience in Transition Management and organizational change.
- Master degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry or enterprise-level IT environment.
