Infrastructure & Cloud Network Engineer / Senior Engineer

ROLE SUMMARY
Our Client is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Infrastructure & Cloud Network Engineer / Senior Engineer. This role involves implementing and maintaining critical IT infrastructure, including networking, operating systems, storage, and backup systems.

You will play a key role in ensuring high availability and performance of our infrastructure while supporting system development and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement, maintain, and administer IT infrastructure covering networks, operating systems, storage, and backup systems.
  • Participate in system design, integration, implementation, and testing.
  • Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotating schedule and implement corrective actions to resolve system outages.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation to support efficient operations and planning.
  • Work closely with external vendors and customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or cloud networking
  • Strong foundation in networking protocols and operating systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills, with experience managing both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Singaporeans ONLY

GOOD TO HAVE
  • Certification or skills in networking (e.g., CCNA).
  • Experience with VMware NSX.
  • Hands-on knowledge in virtualization technologies (VMware, vSphere).
  • Exposure to cloud network architecture or infrastructure-as-code tools.
