Establish, monitor, and report on key clinical performance indicators and treatment outcomes to ensure high standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
Ensure full adherence to all local regulatory requirements, quality standards, and risk management protocols.
Physician & Team Leadership
Lead the medical teams, overseeing the recruitment, professional development, and performance management of both clinical and non-clinical staff.
Cultivate interdisciplinary collaboration and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies and medical associations.
Operational Oversight
Oversee medical operations across multiple facilities to ensure standardization, operational synergy, and a consistent patient experience.
Collaborate with finance, HR, IT, and operations to support strategic expansion and resource planning.
Medical Credentials: Possess a valid medical degree (MD or MBBS) with Singapore medical registration. Specialist qualifications or board certification are a significant advantage.
Leadership Experience: A minimum of 10 years in a senior medical leadership role, specifically within multi-site healthcare operations (e.g., hospitals, clinics, or managed care).
Regulatory & Accreditation Proficiency: A deep understanding of clinical governance, quality standards, and the specific regulatory landscape of Singapore’s private healthcare sector.
Innovation & Technology Savvy: Demonstrated experience in leading healthcare transformation, including the implementation of digitalization or telemedicine projects.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively manage internal teams and external professional bodies.
Advanced degrees in healthcare management, business administration (e.g., MBA), or public health.
