CLIENT SUMMARY
Our client, a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 global tech company, empowers businesses through secure, intelligent, and collaborative digital solutions. They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to grow their Managed Services business  the commercial sectors local accounts/local MNC in Singapore, and maximizing sales opportunities. Candidates with a strong track record in managed services sales (Managed Security, Managed cloud, Managed network) especially from System Integrator firms will be prioritized.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This is an exciting opportunity to help drive the growth of the Managed Services business across Singapore and the APAC region. Beyond sales, the role also involves a leadership capacity, where you’ll play a key part in supporting and guiding the team. You’ll work closely with both leadership and internal teams to identify, source, and develop new business opportunities, primarily within greenfield commercial accounts.

  • Develop strong strategic relationships and grow a high-potential sales pipeline with strong support and clear targets.
  • Craft smart action plans to cross-sell and up-sell, boosting customer spend and deepening partnerships.
  • Hunt, pitch, negotiate, and close new business deals that exceed sales and revenue goals.
  • Design winning account strategies that open doors to fresh opportunities and drive growth.
  • Keep your sales funnel sharp and deliver detailed weekly forecasts that keep you ahead of targets
  • Share valuable customer insights with leadership to shape winning strategies and strengthen our market position.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team, fueling performance and achieving team objectives together.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5-7 years of proven success selling into large, global Enterprise organizations.
  • Hands-on experience selling Managed Services within System Integrator environments, including Managed Security, Applications, Cloud Transformation, Adaptive Networks (SD-WAN, SASE), Infrastructure.
  • Strong ability to craft and execute a strategic sales portfolio plan that drives key performance metrics and builds a sustainable pipeline over 12-24 months.
  • Deep understanding of prospects’ business and technology landscapes relevant to Managed Services.
  • Skilled at opening doors and engaging with Senior Executives and CXOs across Southeast Asia.
  • Confident selling to C-suite stakeholders on complex digital transformation initiatives.
  • Track record of building and nurturing strong relationships with management and C-level executives.
  • Experienced in managing and closing complex sales cycles using consultative, solution-based selling.
  • A true HUNTER mindset, energized by pursuing and excellent track record winning new logos, especially greenfield accounts.
