Our Client who is a leader in machine learning and generative AI platforms is seeking for a Senior Solutions Consultant (AI/ML) to lead the development and end-to-end delivery of advanced Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Predictive ML solutions for their enterprise clients.
This high-impact role blends deep technical expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI with strong pre-sales solutioning skills. You will be instrumental in helping enterprise customers across the APAC region successfully design, adopt, and scale mission-critical AI applications. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge technology, ensuring our AI solutions deliver measurable value.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre-Sales & Discovery: Partner directly with Sales to drive cycle success by leading technical discovery sessions, identifying precise customer needs, and designing robust, winning technical proposals and solution architectures.
- Demonstration & POC Leadership: Deliver compelling demonstrations, technical workshops, and detailed Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) across the entire Company platform portfolio (including Driverless AI, EnterpriseGPT, LLM Studio, and MLOps).
- Custom Solution Building: Build and present custom, industry-specific AI/ML/GenAI solutions tailored to vertical challenges in banking, finance, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, and the public sector.
- GenAI/LLM Architecture: Showcase hands-on expertise in the Generative AI lifecycle, specifically designing and implementing production-ready RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Deployment Strategy: Design comprehensive enterprise deployment strategies and reference architectures across various environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid, and on-prem) using cloud-native tools like Kubernetes.
- MLOps & Governance Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on MLOps best practices, CI/CD integration, continuous monitoring, and governance to ensure their AI applications are scalable and production-ready.
- Product Influence & Thought Leadership: Work closely with Product Management to advocate for customer needs and influence the roadmap; contribute to reusable assets, solution blueprints, and external thought leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 5+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution architecture roles, specifically for enterprise AI/ML platforms.
- Generative AI & ML Expertise: Strong, demonstrable hands-on expertise across both Generative AI (LLM fine-tuning, RAG design, evaluation) and predictive ML algorithms.
- Cloud & Deployment: Proven experience with cloud-native deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and enterprise integration challenges.
- Solution Design: Ability to effectively design and articulate complex AI/ML solution architectures to diverse stakeholders, ranging from technical engineers to C-level executives.
- Technical Stack: Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), with familiarity in R or Java, and core understanding of MLOps principles.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills; must be confident leading conversations and workshops with both large technical and executive audiences.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% to support strategic accounts and customer engagements.
