As a High Growth Sales Development Specialist, you will be the pioneer sales specialist and a critical part of the team to help grow the business. To accomplish this, you will be proficient in identifying a robust list of prospects - using a variety of tools on hand - online research, referrals, networking or even events. Your resourcefulness and creativity will impact how you can best reach out to these people. As you qualify these prospects through discovery conversations and sharing of relevant use cases, you will keep a keen eye on the goal of scheduling follow up meetings for the sales team and ideally, support in the deal closure.

To ensure you enjoy success in the team, you should be creative, have great listening skills and grit. Someone who seeks to understand how a customer’s mind works, craft the right phone or email pitches to them, able to ask insightful questions, listen and connect the dots to see what others are not seeing.
If you have prior sales experience working in a start-up where you have been exposed to working in a fast paced and dynamic environment independently, that would be a plus.
