RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an accomplished leader to head our strategic alliances and partner ecosystem across Asia Pacific & Japan. This Singapore-based role will be central to shaping and executing our indirect go-to-market approach, deepening relationships with key technology and consulting partners, and driving sustainable revenue growth across the region.
As a member of the APJ leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of our partner strategy—ranging from reseller networks and cloud partnerships to global systems integrators. You will also work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure our partner motions are fully integrated into business execution.
- Develop and own the regional partner strategy, with an emphasis on building scalable routes to market through resellers, consulting partners, and global alliance programs.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding partner influence across the sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure and renewals.
- Manage senior-level relationships with strategic partners (including major cloud providers, data platform vendors, and advisory firms), aligning joint go-to-market plans and executive sponsorship.
- Lead partner enablement initiatives, equipping ecosystem players with the tools, knowledge, and skills to position and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Co-develop joint campaigns and field events that generate pipeline and build market awareness across target verticals and geographies.
- Collaborate with internal leaders to align priorities, define shared KPIs, and execute cohesive partner-integrated strategies.
- Mentor and scale a regional partner team, ensuring high performance, professional growth, and clear accountability.
- Act as the company partner ambassador at key industry events, executive briefings, and regional conferences.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong background in partnerships, channel development, or ecosystem strategy within the APJ region, ideally based in Singapore with deep familiarity with Southeast Asian markets.
- A comprehensive partner strategy should include not only strong regional ties with major cloud, data, and AI players, as well as global consulting partners, but also a robust network of AI/ML resellers and boutique system integrators
- Proven ability to drive partner-sourced revenue and build scalable partner models across a diverse, multi-market region.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership or regional strategy role.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software, AI/ML, data platforms, or cloud technologies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with both strategic vision and tactical execution.
