RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the regional technical expert supporting pre-sales engagements across assigned accounts.
  • Lead technical qualification, Proof of Value (POV) evaluations, and create clear Security Assessment Reports.
  • Drive customer understanding and validation of the platform, ensuring successful POV outcomes and revenue conversion.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to address technical requirements and customer needs.
  • Act as a liaison between customers/partners and internal teams for technical escalations, insights, and feedback.
  • Support regional marketing events, partner enablement, and demand-generation activities.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and provide ongoing insights into regional market trends.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 7-10+ years of cybersecurity experience with strong pre-sales engineering background.
  • Deep knowledge of endpoint protection, EDR/XDR, threat detection, and modern security architectures.
  • Strong understanding of hacking methodologies, malware behavior, and evasion techniques.
  • Solid technical foundation in networking, network security, SIEM, email security, SOC operations, and CTI.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with DevOps, containers, and microservices.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple engagements with urgency and professionalism.
